Derby Domination
Community rules
Derby Domination is a game for friends, not a public social network. These rules keep league feeds friendly for private test leagues of people who know each other.
Every club, player, and stat in Derby is generated fiction. Do not use league names, club names, comments, or display names to represent real people, real clubs, or real organisations without their consent.
Rivalry jokes, trash talk about a bad result, and mocking an overpay are all fine. The following are not allowed anywhere on Derby, including league feed comments, display names, club names, and league names:
- Hate or dehumanising attacks against protected classes.
- Threats or credible harm.
- Doxxing or sharing someone's personal information.
- Sexual harassment or sexual content.
- Impersonation of another person or of Derby staff.
- Spam, scams, or phishing.
- Repeated targeted harassment of another manager.
Your league's commissioner can hide or delete comments in your league and must give a reason when they do. Commissioners cannot suspend accounts, see private offers, or reach platform-admin tools. A small number of platform admins can review reports across all leagues, suspend accounts, force a rename, and lock a league to new joins. Every moderation action — by a commissioner or a platform admin — is logged.
Any comment can be reported directly from the league feed. Pick the reason that fits best and add details if it helps — we review every report. Your identity as the reporter is never shown to the person you reported.
Breaking these rules can lead to a hidden/deleted comment, a forced rename, an account suspension (temporary or indefinite), or a league being locked to new joins. A suspended account can still read the app, but cannot comment, bid, send offers, or claim a club until the suspension ends.
